The final fees include equipment, time, and service. No additional charges are formulated unless intentional by the client and photographer. A non-refundable deposit fee is required for all available sessions. After booking online, the client will receive a confirmation email that includes a required intake form. The form will need to be completed before the session. Cancelations or rescheduling are meant to be done through the client's account at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. A rescheduling fee is not permitted. All outdoor portrait sessions are approximately 1 hour in an outdoor setting of the client's choice. If a location is 50+ miles from the zipcode 76201, a $50 traveling fee will be required. Selections of a location should be sent to the photographer at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Outdoor sessions are to be canceled if a location is not determined by the client on the same day of the scheduled session. The number of images depends on the length of time spent on location. All sessions include high-resolution professionally edited digital images and the right to print all photos. The client cannot edit or alter the images in any way, including cropping and filters. The client cannot claim the work as their own nor use them for commercial gain. Unedited images are not to be sent unless discussed and approved by the photographer. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for edited images to be sent.
